What is the application fee?
A non-refundable application fee is required for each adult applicant to cover the cost of credit and background screening. You can submit the fee securely online through our payment portal after completing the application form.
What credit score and income do I need to qualify?
The minimum credit score is determined by each property owner, and we look for a gross monthly income of roughly three times the monthly rent. Every adult applicant must pass a credit and background check, and income is verified with recent pay stubs, tax returns, or an employment letter.
What is your pet policy?
Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis depending on the property. Some homes allow pets with a monthly pet rent set by the owner, while others are pet-free. Check the individual listing or ask us before applying.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is typically equal to one month's rent, though the exact amount is listed on each property. Deposits are held in accordance with Maryland state law and returned, less any allowable deductions, after move-out.
How long does application approval take?
Most applications are processed within 24 to 72 hours once we receive the completed application, the fee, and all supporting documents. Delays usually come from missing income verification or unreachable references, so respond promptly to keep things moving.
